Larissa Taveira

Larissa Taveira is an attorney licensed to practice law in Brazil (since 2022) and in the State of California (since 2025). She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law, home to one of the top dispute resolution programs in the United States.

Larissa has substantial experience in California employment law, representing employees in cases involving workplace discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, harassment, and wage-and-hour violations. She has worked in the legal field since 2019 and is recognized for her strategic litigation approach, strong negotiation skills, and client-centered advocacy.

Larissa is authorized to practice before all California state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and U.S. Immigration Court. She is fluent in multiple languages, including Portuguese and Spanish, allowing her to effectively serve and communicate with diverse clients and communities.
