LaShon is an experienced civil litigator. She has handled all aspects of discovery and successfully argued countless dispositive motions. LaShon prides herself on accomplishing the best result for her client whether through zealous litigation or negotiation and settlement.
Prior to joining the Heidari Law Group, LaShon focused her practice on employment and business litigation. LaShon has experience handling labor arbitrations, as well as employment law actions involving claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment and retaliation.
LaShon received her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School where she graduated with honors. LaShon was also an advocate in the Trial Advocacy Honors Program. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Irvine.
LaShon is also involved in the community. LaShon has served as volunteer judge for the Constitutional Rights Foundation Mock Trial Program and as a pro bono attorney for Public Counsel Law Center’s Dependency Adoptions Project.
