Rashed Zayyat is a plaintiff-side attorney focusing on personal injury and employment law. He is dedicated to advocating for individuals who have been wronged in the workplace or injured due to the negligence of others, approaching each case with meticulous preparation and a client-centered mindset.

Originally from Amman, Jordan, Rashed earned his LL.B. (Honours, First Class) from the University of Sussex, where he graduated in the top 2% of his class in 2021. He went on to complete his LL.M. at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where he focused on antitrust law and international trade law.

Before joining the firm, Rashed gained hands-on experience in both Jordan and California, working as a legal intern and trainee attorney abroad and later as a plaintiff-side personal injury paralegal and employment law clerk. These roles strengthened his practical understanding of case strategy, discovery, and client advocacy.

Rashed is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and is fluent in Arabic. His multicultural background and cross-border legal training allow him to bring a distinctive global perspective to his clients’ cases.
